  1. Yup. My bad. It was all a giant hoax. Towers are still there and it is just an insurance scam. Bloody americans
  2. Realistically. If you take away your hatred for all things that is the U.S. How do you explain the thousands and thousands of people and the people watching live at home seeing the second plane crashing? Yeah never mind. sorry I posted anything. Have at it
  3. Yup. Tens of thousands of people including children are all in on it. Greatest act of special effects ever seen. Flat Earthers have science on their side too
  4. Hey I think I was first back on the "ignore" list. Apparently I was dishonest. If anybody knows how I was being dishonest I will like your post.
  5. So for those that did not like that source here is another http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/opposition-paper-s-cafeteria-manager-jailed-after-allegedly-insulting-turkish-president-1.3912781 So I am curious about how I was being dishonest?
  6. That I agree with you on. His opposition will likely be campaigning from a prison cell.
  7. I read it was a two terms deal at five years a piece after the 2019 election. That is still gonna mean a ton of journalists and people that don't serve him coffee are gonna spend a lot of time in prison
  8. We all agree to follow the rules of this forum or we are kicked out. That is fair. Nobody held a gun to our heads to sign up. But if I walk away from my computer and tell my wife I think so and so is a moron than no crime has been committed. That is free speech. This is a private forum for which we all agreed to follow certain rules out of respect. I think Donald Trump and Justin Trudeau are both idiots amd I have a legal right to say it. But in Turkey it is illegal to say that very thing about the president. Altai feels feelings matter. Ok. But she has called people terrorists and they have not be convicted in any court. Is that not an insult? Should that not be illegal?
  9. I did. But as a leader of a nation He/She should be able to have a thicker skin. We can stand outside the White House or House of Commons with a giant sign saying "Our Leader is an idiot" and that is our right. A guy say's he wont serve tea and you say it was the newspaper fault for publishing it
  10. But he was arrested for such a trivial matter. That is the point. HE WAS ARRESTED.
  11. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/turkey-president-erdogan-tea-insult-arrest-man-a7497101.html The man was arrested for saying he would not serve the president. Look at what you call our "so called democracies". People insult our leaders in North America with great insults and comedy. Our guys and gals are just made of sterner stuff I guess
  12. It was illogical to think you could think you could corner the market in all things and than give them away for free after you had wiped out others. IF that is 2 x 2 = 4 than you amd I have been taught different maths. You never showed a business plan that could show any kind of success. One Journalist Can Dundar A longstanding columnnist for Milliyet, Dündar was laid off in August 2013 for "writing too sharply" about the Gezi protests and the developments in Egypt, as the paper's owner Erdoğan Demirören put it. Dündar recalled: "It was said to me, ‘We do not wish to see stories that will displease the prime minister in this paper. Everything displeases them, and after they are displeased, they go after us’."[12] Subsequently, he turned to the center-left Cumhuriyet, and on 8 February 2015 became the newspaper's new editor-in-chief. In November, Cumhuriyet was awarded the 2015 Reporters Without Borders Prize for its "independent and courageous journalism."[13] Shortly thereafter, Dündar and Cumhuriyet's Ankara bureau chief Erdem Gül were arrested on charges of being members of a terror organization, espionage and revealing confidential documents, facing sentences of up to life imprisonment. The investigations had been launched in May, after the newspaper published photos depicting weapons transferred to Syria in trucks of the National Intelligence Organization, subject of the MİT trucks scandal. In June 2015, Turkish President Erdoğan had publicly targeted Dündar, stating: "The individual who reported this as an exclusive story will pay a heavy price for this."[14] In prison Dündar was denied colored pencils to draw with but made his own paint by pressing fruit in his cell, refusing the ban on color and smuggling his paintings out of prison because he "wanted to prove that color can exist even in the darkest of places."[15] After 92 days in prison, Dündar and Gül were released on 26 February 2016 after the Supreme Court decided that their detention was an "undue deprivation of liberty".[16]
  13. This is a country that throws people in jail for insulting the President. We all would have been charged if it was illegal to insult a Prime Minister or U.S. President. We have that freedom. If the President of Turkey is so sensitive towards petty insults how can he be trusted with more power?
  14. By focusing on one group of people it also caused further racism towards it. Combined with video's of Muslims dropping homosexual people off of roofs and clips of Muslim leaders calling for Sharia law and death to those of other religions it has stirred up a huge amount of racism. M103 has caused more racial unrest by bringing the issues front and center. I personally do not understand why feminists are supporting Islam nor do I think it is fair to allow one religion in schools and not others.
  15. Alright alright alright. Lets not get bogged down on small differences of opinions. I have defended your topics and have enjoyed many of your posts. I may not agree with them but I enjoy the debates. But you obviously do not enjoy different points of view so instead of demanding a system of rules might I suggest you start your own forum. Changing this one is not gonna happen and I bet you even get a few people from here. I am not telling you to go I am just suggesting it. Free speech and all. But you actually put me on your ignore list because you ask me for the name of "1" journalist that was jailed in Turkey. I think I gave you three. This sent you into a rage.
  16. If memory serves it was because I disagreed with your plan to take over the world by giving away shoes. Care to discuss the logic in That?
  17. This looks like in my humble opinion. Trump was trying to be clever and renegotiate trade deals with the Chinese and is using that loud mouth sadistic tub of lard leader in NK as an excuse to show some force in the area and have the Chinese smack Kim down so Trump will make a deal. Problem is it seems that NK has gotten out of hand on China. Trump wants to be the guy that made China make North Korea behave. This is just one big game and it is spinning out of control.
  18. There is the debate. I don't care. Rogers have been over charging for years. Why should I be paying for stations I don't watch?
  19. Blahahahhhhahhahaa No, I have a feeling she likes to look and see what the many many many people on her ignore list are saying about her.
  20. I deal with the public everyday and the biggest hassle is the lil old ladies. Middle Eastern people are the most polite usually but if I had to pick a race who hands down is the biggest hassle it would be the lil old ladies. Men can be loud but usually can be reasoned with. Never have a problem with the people from the middle east. Now lil old ladies will interrupt and demand attention right away. Kids are kids. Once you have your own the screaming just blends in. As parents we have all been there.
  21. Yes I tried it with wifi but hardwired is the way to go. Also a few minutes being taught how to work it will save a ton of aggravation. That's why I suggested not buying one online. Might cost you a few extra bucks but well worth it. I have not had cable for two years now.
  22. I bought mine at a local computer repair shop. Got to know the owner and being that he is a good guy he taught me how to use it and the tricks that make the boxes easier to use. I would suggest you find somebody local.
  23. But how many of your posts have been given with only information that has been told to you by personal Sources? Reasonable people do not come on a forum and ignore people for posting a different point of view. That is childish and with your posts you have proven to be an intelligent young lady. I may disagree with you but I have always thought you start great debates.
  24. It is a shame this certain individual"s" have decided that ranting is better than debate. Some of the topics created have started some very lively debate. I may question some of the sources or ideology but the debate is good. Start a blog if you want to rant but a forum on politics and than ignore a majority of people that post arguments is just silly.
