On Thursday, I sat and listen to Bush make his sppech on all topics. One thing he said was that the terrorists wern't as strong as they were 0n 9/11, then he said that America had to be cautious because of the terrorists wanting to get into the US. Early that day, the Home security has come and said that the terrorist were stronger and growing stronger and larger in size and the US had to be on thir guard for an attack this summer. It seems nothing has changed when knowing what the other guy in government knows!! Of course, when it come to Bush, even if he knows something he just irgnores it and says he didn't know.

Bush's entire m.o. is to only say what he thinks will further his position of the day. I really don't think the man is open to pursuasive arguments based on facts. If he wants to believe al Qaeda is stronger one day, he'll say they are stronger and that we need to renew parts of the Patriot Act, or whatever. If it benefits him to go on the stump and say that al Qaeda is weaker, he'll do so and take credit for the policies that weakened them.

One more point on the topic -- if al Qaeda is as strong as they were before, how soon will it be before it becomes Clinton's fault? *LOL

Gosh, the kettle is calling the pot black here.

Your communication here is as mangled and pointless as those of GWBush.

Did you have a point?

Did you have a point?

That Bush lies to everyone when it is convenient for him?

That Bush lies to everyone to cover the lies he made the day before?

Bush will often say one thing one week, then the reverse of it the next, then reverse it back the week after. If any of you cannot see or hear that, then you really need to listen, not just hear. Pay attention, all in all the President is still a POLITICIAN and will act like one whenever it suits him. The President is not god, and neither is Cheney (ohh the lies he spews is just as bad)

And it is a communication problem, because he always changes his story. If I did that at my job, I'd be fired and walked out the door instantly. But it seems ok when the President does it, over and over again.

Write down the talking points he made today, then write them down tomorrow, and keep going for a week or two.

What made the "booga, booga, booga, are you scared yet" press conference completely stupid was the part about terrorists sneaking into the country. Ya think??? The southern border is so porous you'd have to be an idiot not to assume the "evil doers" aren't already here. People in Arizona have found prayer rugs in their back yards for heaven's sake! And, of course, there are the garden variety, home grown terrorists. This entire country has been consumed by paranoia with Bush, Cheney and the corpse-like Chertoff fanning the flames at every opportunity. We're more apt to die from tainted Chinese fish, a lightning strike or a wayward bus. I am so sick of this bunch.

Nah...we're more apt to die from cardiovascular disease. However, the "booga-booga" approach seems to suit the global warming econazis just fine as well.

Economics trumps Virtue.

I think you are overstating your claims here.

Prove me wrong then.

If YOU first post a number of examples to back your claims.

Otherwise what you have posted are opinions.

I merely stated that I thought you were overstating them.

The ball is back in your court.

Something as simple as this is easily remembered. Before the war, Iraq had WMDs, after, uhhh none. How about, I will fire anyone in my staff who leaks information, then commutes a sentence for the same crime.

Amazing what you can do with 15 second clips, and of course the Libby thing turned out to be a witch hunt.

Gost, some folks will never get it. There best left alone in their delusions.

He wanted proof he got it. Only people with ADD think the clips are 15 seconds long.

There is nothing wrong with what he said, when taken in context and over the time span. One has to listen carefully to what he says and not what you imply that he says.
