Clark, Can He Win?

Recommended Posts

People are finally waking up and realizing that Bush stretched the truth on Iraq for his war for Oil and revenge for Saddam's price on Bush Sr.'s head in 93'.

Problem now is that Bush is costing us billions and on top of that, he's given a tax cut that we cannot afford, especially to those financially in the top 1%........

Before, people bought what the presidents said under the alibi of 9-11 but, now people are realizing that Saddam was not linked to 9-11, no WMD, and actually do need the U.N.'s help.

Bush will be beaten...

Fact is, anyone would be better than Bush. Already the Bush is slipping in the eyes of the American public. While Bush may be good at charging off to defend this nation without purely democratic motives, he has done nothing but plunge this nation into a deficit as soon as he entered office. There are many out there who regret voting for Bush. Most might have voted for him because he's a total idiot, and the logic would be, if he's an idiot, he'd surround himself with smart people to heed intelligent advice. Obviously he's also a stubborn idiot who has had a great time in his 4 years of office screwing around with the United States.

Finally waking up. War for oil. What the hell are you talking about. If we wanted oil we would take over Saudi Arabi. If it was for oil. This isn't Bush's own personal vendetta. Going to war for oil? Are you crazy?

You and libs like you are what is the problem with america. You spread lies and propaganda like this to sway voters.

People like you sicken me. Anybody that says Bush went to war with Iraq for oil is a complete idiot. Yes BMG im talking out my ass on this one  So you don't need to say it again.

Bush is going to win in 2004 because none of the Democrats have a person that could even compete with him. Liberman would be the closest one because of his foriegn policy.

The TRUTH IS Bush ousted a mad man. Which Slick Clinton wouldn't do. Lets lob a few cruise missiles. Then lets lob a few for the attack on the USS Cole. We should have gone after the terrorists then. We hardly did anything. Clinton was a liar. Bush wasn't you guys just try and make him sound like he was. TIME FOR A NEW TOPIC

If we wanted oil we would take over Saudi Arabi. If it was for oil.

We already get a huge amount of our oil from them anyway. Why delay your oil via a war? The US recieved very little of its oil from Iraq. Thus, to gain more resources without putting obstacles in front of ones you have, you attack someone who has what you want and that you aren't getting from them.

This is a oil war. The ministry of oil was one of the few buildings that the US forces didn't let burn. While the ministry of health, military, etc all went up in flames, US marines were vigiliantly guarding the Ministry of Oil. What does that tell you?

Just one ministry was protected by coalition forces from the beginning of the occupation, the Ministry of Oil, which was last on the list.

Lies eh?

In Iraq itself, art experts and ordinary demonstrators made clear they were far angrier at President George Bush than they were at the looters, noting that the only building US forces seemed genuinely interested in protecting was the Ministry of Oil.

Hmmm..artifacts or oil?

You and libs like you are what is the problem with america. You spread lies and propaganda like this to sway voters.

So going to war with false evidence, lies, disgruntled allies, all for resouces is good and ethical?

Lies and propaganda is that we liberated iraq's people because they lived under a mad leader. Look at Iran, they have it far worse. And we have better evidence of their cladestine nuke programs. Guess who has more oil? iran or Iraq?

People like you sicken me. Anybody that says Bush went to war with Iraq for oil is a complete idiot. Yes BMG im talking out my ass on this one  So you don't need to say it again.

Anyone who completely ignores the events of the US invasion is an idiot.

Bush is going to win in 2004 because none of the Democrats have a person that could even compete with him. Liberman would be the closest one because of his foriegn policy.

Bush is going to win because no one else has the amount of money he has. But he'll pay through the nose for this election.

Clinton waited for evidence and resonable belief before he went around the UN. He also didn't alienate the entire world by doing so. He did not freak out the world by flaunting US military might. He made coaltions without threats or bribes. He did not see a need to waste precious resources on lies. Clinton was a liar, about Monica :). Bush screwed up badly. Time for change.

Now let's see you refute that Derek, my ignorant American friend. :)

So you LIKE having a bad president, a economy down the tubes, a quagmire you'll never get out of, giving billions of dollars away at the same time as cutting revenue?

Do you think that is a effective way of running a country?

Small government is bad? When did I, black Dog and Bushmustgo ever say that?

Does it make ANY sense in running up a $400 BILLION dollar debt? Does it make sense to cut taxes and give away a HUGE amount of money at the same time?

Tax and spend in the logical way of running any government.

No Clark won't win. He will lose badly.

Clark is just another opportunist. An arm chair war critic, whose great campaign was in Kosovo where he bombed from 30.000 feet, refused to send in troops or heavy armour and let the EU muddle the affair with its 'legal' concerns. Oh by the way, he killed more civilians than Serb military personnel.

Now the Republican Clark is PRESTO ! Mr. Democrat !!

After appearing on CNN with anti-US, anti-Patriotic viewpoints Mr. Clark finally decided that his ignorant assessment of world affairs fits in squarely with the DumboCrud!! Good choice Wesley, you war hero you !!

Hey hold on, wasn't Wesley giving pro-Bush, pro-Reagan speeches last year and the year before ?

Hmmm. Another Clinton perhaps ?

And Nova, the main reason the DEFICIT not the DEBT is at 3 % of GDP is that spending is not cut and yes there is war bill and Iraq being paid for.

I would take Grownups in the White House any day over the Frat Boys, or a guy like Clark who is a snivelling anti-Patriot.

The right will attempt to discredit anything. Even if what they say is ridiculous. However, the left will do the same. Except recently, the right has been sounding a bit more ridiculous.

No Clark won't win. He will lose badly.

By badly you mean less than 5% of the voting population?

Have you noticed that Bush's populatrity is 50% of the population? As more lies are exposed, more americans die, and more problems of Bush's adminstration come to life, the popularity of Walker will fall tremendoulsy.

Oh by the way, he killed more civilians than Serb military personnel.

The campign in Iraq has probably killed more civilians than Iraqi personnel. Your point?

And Nova, the main reason the DEFICIT not the DEBT is at 3 % of GDP is that spending is not cut and yes there is war bill and Iraq being paid for.

And you think that cutting revenue and spending $87 billion at the same time is a logical economic practice?

I would take Grownups in the White House any day over the Frat Boys, or a guy like Clark who is a snivelling anti-Patriot.

so you would prefer childish idiots who call french fries and french toast freedom fries and toast when both products were not french in orgin? You prefer idiots who change their food names because they screwed up and cannot fix their problems?

Clark is a anti-patriot because he wishes the best for America's long term future and Bush is simply looking for a quick relection scheme.

Clark is another clown.

2 years ago he gave speeches extolling Reagan and Bush.

One year ago he said he was fully behing GW.

CNN asks him for his dumb ideas and suddenly he believes he knows foreign policy better than the CIA, the State dept and the Pentagon.

Please Wesley, spare me your 'We CAN'T win' drivel.

He was wrong on Iraq. Period.

End of story. That alone finishes him. Why would you vote for some whiny little guy who bombs civilians from 30.000 feet and blames everyone else for the fact that the Serb military was hardly touched. Last time i checked Wesley was in charge.

Why would you vote for some whiny little anti-American Michael Moore type personality ?

There is no reason, and Wesley who has spent his entire career in the military offers no solutions for socio-economic issues.

He is just another empty suit. If he wins the Dumbo crud nomination he will lose by 39 states to 11.

Bush is another clown.

He's caused the largest mess since WWII.

has it occured to you that people, seeing the stupidity and arrogance of someone/something will drop their support and turn on them/it? Governer Ryan did it to the state's death penalty he previously supported.

CNN asks him for his dumb ideas and suddenly he believes he knows foreign policy better than the CIA, the State dept and the Pentagon.

Because the CIA, State Dept and Pentagon ALL got us out of this mess before it started right due to their awesome foreign policy knowledge! :)

Please Wesley, spare me your 'We CAN'T win' drivel.

Without genocide we can't win. You are fighting a concept. To kill the messenger is to kill the concept and idea, but that takes a huge loss of life.

He was wrong on Iraq. Period.

Because Iraq is so peaceful and prosperous and we found the WMD!! :)

I've disproven your Kosovo claim. He fought hard for ground troops. His plan was to use them to force a surrender. However, the Clinton admin (see I CAN critize a left wing organization, unlike the right on the right) tied his hands. The current Time, "the regean letters" proves you wrong.

Why would you vote for some whiny little anti-American Michael Moore type personality ?

Anti-american because he doesn't want us to go the way of Imperial Rome?

Clark as a "Contender" is a media invention and is an "empty uniform" to join the mostly "empty suits" currently running on the Democratic Ticket.

Until he was promoted as a Presidential Contender, the West Point Protective Association circled the wagons around him and protected the "Perfumed Prince". He was forced into retirement but given the "mandatory" one grade promotion upon retirement (it's a military perc!) and no questions were asked (or allowed) about character issues. That no longer is the case.

Gen. Clark (Ret.) will soon face Hobson's Choice - either withdraw from the race or face exposure of a variety of character issues which the Media can not continue to ignore. Military nicknames tell a great deal about people often to their detriment. That his nickname is "The Perfumed Prince" speaks a great deal about him and, no, it has nothing to do with his sexual orientation! America has no place for "A Man who would be King!" and "White Horse" not withstanding, Gen. Clark (Ret.), is not of Presidential caliber.

There's a huge difference between a 4 star general, NATO Supreme Commander, Rhodes Scholar who finished top of his class at West Point, who has plenty of experience dealing with diplomacy, foreign policy, unified nations in a very successful Kosovo war VS. an actor who spends over $300,000/yr on body supplements trying to run a political position........................HUGE DIFFERENCE!!

Clark is a johnny come lately - a Rep who thinks now being a democrat will allow him to run the nation.

Can you imagine the US with Clark as President ? A General who does not like to fight, barely likes his own country, declares every conflict unwinnable, and has no clue about political-economic affairs.

Sounds like a military Clinton or maybe worse - a real McClelland.

Yes Clark is a real thinker. Bombing from 30.000 feet in Kosovo was a good idea, as was appearing on CNN and fomenting anti-Americanism with the we can win song.

Real thinker there.

Considering he was wrong on both accounts.

If you haven't noticed, (suprise suprise), He pushed hard for ground troops. The "Regan Letters" Newsweek proves this. His bombing at high alttitudes was the only option left to him by the clinton admin. That or let the genocide contiune.

Do you blame Joe for not doing something when his hands are tied and he is powerless to untie them?

Can a car keep running with no gas?

It was beyond his power to change the tatical equation. You cannot hold someone accountable for restrictions placed on them from above.

It was either bomb from high alttitude or left that manic kill thousands. There were no other options. Would you have rather let thousands die faced with that option?

Wait, I forgot, you're willing to let millions die rather than swallow your pride. :)

But since you don't like clark, let's ignore all ration thought!

fomenting anti-Americanism with the we can win song.

He's wrong in that we cannot win a war aganist an concept? Terrorism will exist as long as human do. The situation in Iraq is becoming a huge mess.

watch this

How can you declare him wrong when the situation is far from where it is suppose to be?

Johnny come lately Clark - who sees the 9 Dwarves for Dumbocrud nomination as easy fodder for a Clark - Hitlery behind the scenes triumph has suddenly and magically metamorphised from a Republican into Presto! the Democratic leader.

All in a matter of a few CNN interviews.

Even more disturbing then this sudden conversion to lefty politics is his support of Gray 'let me ruin the world's 5th biggest economy' Davis.

Yesterday Clark spoke before a 'boisterous' [MSNBC's term, meaning that 10 family members were there waving their arms] crowd shouting his name at a rally at the Los Angeles Fire Department Museum, expressed his opposition to the recall and his support for Davis, “who is also one of our California action heroes.”

So let me understand this. We have a military general who does not like fighting is against the war on terror, is against Iraqi reconstruction, and is now Pro-Davis ?????

And this clown wants to run the US ?

Craig,

Why are you so insecure about dubya's re-election?

Bush is doing such a wonderful job with the economy and his Foreign Policy that there is no need to worry about a 4 Star General, top of his class at West Point grad., Rhodes Scholar, Nato Supreme Commander who taught economics democratic candidate.............WHY WOULD YOU WORRY ABOUT HIM???

HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA..........
