Common sense approach to non-citizens who want to stay in the US.

In light of all the third-world bullshit the left has been foisting on us, it's time to tighten things up for non-citizens who want to stay here.

The list below should be the concrete foundation: 

1.        They are to hold visas only. (ZERO path to citizenship, no green card).

2.        Marriage to US citizen visas are 5 year trial periods, then green card for at least another 5 years.  

3.        They cannot vote in ANY election based in the US. 

4.        Asylees / refugees stay in custody until they are deported or get a visa.

5.        Joining in protests requires immediate deportation. 

6.        Joining in riots requires up to a year in jail and then immediate deportation, after. 

7.        Crimes of any kind require time served and then immediate deportation, after.

7.        Committing crimes requires prison sentencing then immediate deportation, after. 

 

Oh, and non-citizen birthright citizenship is history.

Abrupt and maybe even brash, but I don't care. The Left has had its way with America since God knows exactly when - I'm sick of it, and so are a lot of other Americans. 

Japan is already doing something similar to this, and it's smart.
