Paying off people is easier than fighting them yes. And has been the American way since the atomic age. That’s not to say that America lacks the ability to smash their nuclear program. This is not weakness this is prudence by a stable genius.

But Trump said it was weakness when Obama did it.

Not surprised you don't understand Trump's a pathological LIAR, and repeating his lies makes you one, too.

Trump smashed their nuclear program then paying them to keep it that way. It’s not the same as Obama, all carrot but no stick.

"Trump said" means it's Trump's LIES. Clarified so even a CLOWN can understand. LMAO

That statement is opaque.

Obama didn't have to "smash" it because they gave it up willingly.

Limited enrichment to 3.67% and moved all that was more enriched to Russia.

Yes, that is exactly correct. You have the precise details of the original agreement down perfectly.
Under the terms of the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA):
  • The Cap: Iran's uranium enrichment was strictly limited to 3.67%.
  • The Stockpile: Iran shipped 11 tons of enriched uranium to Russia to comply with the 300-kilogram stockpile limit.
  • The 20% Uranium: All of Iran's higher-enriched material (which had reached 20%) was either down-blended or converted into fuel plates before being exported or secured. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

IOW Trump wasted some very expensive bombs for NOTHING.

America will never, ever get the deal that Trump trashed. 175 murdered schoolgirls, thirteen dead servicemen, 450 injured servicemen, 1000's of dead civilians and billions and billions spent daily, global economic fallout so that a demented psychopath could avoid accountability.

Yet somehow the MAGA bunch thinks this is a win.

A small price to pay for American national security interests.

  • January 2020: Iran announced it would no longer observe any limits on its enrichment activities, later reaching 60% purity levels by 2021.
  • October 2025: Iran officially ended the 2015 JCPOA nuclear deal, declaring that all restrictions on its nuclear program are now void

You "forgot":

2018 Trump TRASHED JCPOA, thus freeing Iran from it's enrichment limits obligations. Duh

What’s that? You can’t help but complain about what Trump does or doesn’t do?
