The Right are not 'Reasonable people' on this issue. And apart from washroom use and sports, what is there to accommodate? There are stalls in washrooms, and I don't think men that transition should be allowed in women's sports as most men carry so much more muscle mass than women.

Apart from that: Live and Let Live. Every citizen should have the same rights.

But I agree with the gist of your argument.

1. It's too broad. A generalization, trans rights were voted in by conservatives in Canada. 

2. I'm using accommodation as a general term for acceptance in society. 

3. So some would call you in the right for saying that.

It’s not an allegation that it was a man she was wrestling and not a woman and this was concealed from her.

The allegation is that he sexually assaulted her in the process.

Regardless of that being true or not, it’s wrong that some dude was wrestling as a woman.
