paxamericana Posted March 23 Report Posted March 23 (edited) Mexico is the priority. Canada is on the perpetual naughty list. Also why negotiate trade with a 51st. Edited March 23 by paxamericana 1 Quote
WestCanMan Posted March 23 Report Posted March 23 Mexico's president has more balls than ours does. Trump sent Carney to sit in the corner and he's gonna be there a while yet, thinking about what he did wrong. 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. Yeah, Carney and his people just suck at this. 8 hours ago, WestCanMan said: Mexico's president has more balls than ours does. And carney seems to have convinced trump that he's a spineless goof. I don't hold out high expectations, I think if we're lucky we'll get a bad deal and if we're not lucky we're going to get no deal and trump is going to start imposing tariffs on everything . I don't hurt America in the long run pretty bad as well but it'll be devastating to us Quote "That which doesn't kill me... Had better start running."

Let's be honest: Trump wanted Carney to be PM because he was looking at Canada as a geopolitical adversary, and he didn't want us to have strong leadership. If we looked at America as a geopolitical adversary and Biden was running against JFK, we would really want Biden to be in charge. We might have been able to trade a pail of ice cream for Alaska two years ago, if we asked. 1 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. I just said that we probably coulda made that trade, because your president was such a non-president. I have no doubt that carney was trump's choice and he wasn't exactly shy about saying that. 1 Quote "That which doesn't kill me... Had better start running."
