Show me where I said don't take it for fever... or even don't take it at all. I said be aware of possible interactions during pregnancy and use some common sense. You can only do that if you are aware. You seem to be suggesting that lack of awareness is a good thing and since I don't agree, guess I'll just leave you to it... This unsubstantiated allegation about Tylenol may discourage women from taking it who need it. Some may say, quite reasonably if the allegation were true, that it’s not worth the risk of an autistic child. Where is your common sense then that conflicts with the advice of responsible medical bodies across North America? The effect of these claims on the use of Tylenol cannot be predicted or controlled. ROFLMAO, you're just sounding desperate now kiddo The debate was never about whether tylenol causes autism I've never claimed it did So what you mean is that YOU feel YOU lost and now you're trying to rewrite what we were even talking about THat's special-sad Nor did i ever dabete if a pregnant girl should use it or not, the debate was whether it was wise to minimize its' use. I said that ove a dozen times LOLOL before you just looked kind of dumb, now you just look patheric 1 hour ago, SpankyMcFarland said: OK, Dr. Fox, you’ve decided your patient needs Tylenol. What do you tell them about the risk of autism you are convinced this drug carries? Sigh. That. there is. some. evidence. suggesting. a. possible. link. between. tylenol. and. autism. so. she. should. minimize. it's. use. as. much. as. possible. The same thing I've been telling you since the first word of this conversation and the same thing that the American authorities are telling women . How are you being this stupid right now? Honestly it's absolutely staggering. It's the same answer every single time that I give. There is some indication of a risk using this product, therefore it's you should be minimized. There is research that indicates there's a possible problem and patients would have a right to know and it would make sense to advise them. I love that you're now arguing the doctors shouldn't tell their patients the truth 1 hour ago, SpankyMcFarland said: The debate is about whether Tylenol causes autism. Ahhhh so we need to LIE to women to protect them!!!! They're too stupid to understand something like 'minimize it's use'!!! My god you're a misogynistic pig. You just assume women can't understand or cope with the thruth. Maybe we shouldn't let them get pregnant in the first place unless they have your permission 🙄🙄🙄 When you scratch a liberal's paint you always see the rust underneath. It's not an 'allegation'/ Nobody is ACCUSING tylenol of doing something on purpose. You're completely out of control now. There is a study that suggests there may be a link between using tylenol when pregnant and autism. THat is a true statement. Until further research clarifies one way or another it's wise to minimize it's use. That is also a true statement. If you've got a headache in the early part of your pregnancy it might be wise to consider something like children's aspirin instead or the like, Ask your doctor. If you have a late term fever then you might want to use tylenol till the fever breaks but then immediately discontinue it's use. How freaking hard is that?!?! You have total trump derrangement syndrome to think that's somehow not true and to try to dishonestly lie about what has been said as you have been. Quote "That which doesn't kill me...
