Average houses here cost $1M+.and the RE taxes are steep. You got that kind of money?

Fortunately I bought in 35 years ago, and thanks to Prop 13, my RE taxes are still low, so you will be paying a hefty sum to make up for that. Thanks LMAO

There are lots of bars and pizza places nearby. The course I usually play is Torrey Pines about 10 miles West.

You may have heard of that since they've hosted the US Open. They host the Farmer's Insurance Open every year.
