Um, no lie. The standard of living for some wealthy CEO living in a nice suburb of Toronto is better than that of some poor person living in rural Manitoba.

This is a no-brainer. Albertans should have their own pension fund. Our Constitution allows it.

Quebec does. Its called the Caisse.

BTW, Quebec uses its fund for local projects.

You Albertans know better.

I worked in Alberta, paid into the CPP. Moved back to Quebec, I now receive a RRQ pension.
