Bullshit to that lie, unless you live on a reserve in the boonies or something.
The last thing Canadians want is US style rich states and poor states, the whole point of equaliztion is there to ensure the services govt provides are standardized, not what business do or does.

Um, no lie. The standard of living for some wealthy CEO living in a nice suburb of Toronto is better than that of some poor person living in rural Manitoba.

You already have the disparity now.

You don't need to go to another State to get an abortion or 'better' cancer treatment.

Yes, in fact, many people do need to go to different locations for cancer treatment, some even come to America for better.

Herbie, User,

This is a no-brainer. Albertans should have their own pension fund. Our Constitution allows it.

Quebec does. Its called the Caisse.

BTW, Quebec uses its fund for local projects.

You Albertans know better.

=====

The federal CPP determines how much to pay, monthly - even in Quebec.

 But what about the savings?

Ya' just can't get that f*cking 'Corporations are King' brainwash outa your head, can you?
We are not the USA. You don't need to go to another State to get an abortion or 'better' cancer treatment. Not even to get 'better' education. You know what the laws are and how the cops are and how you'll be treated no matter if you're in Nanaimo or Cornerbrook.

...

Yet in Canada, we have provinces.

Albertans can manage their own savings.

Quebecers do.
