Congress can make laws if it's not run by leftoids. The democrats really need to rethink their future. Americans have had it with their woke bullshit.

That's not what happened:

Administration officials said the decision to halt loans and grants was necessary to ensure that spending complies with Trump’s recent blitz of executive orders. The Republican president wants to increase fossil fuel production, remove protections for transgender people and end diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

And, the President has the authority to hire and fire executive branch employees as he desires.

Agency inspectors general received an email late Friday from Sergio Gor, the head of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, informing them that “changing priorities” had led to their positions being “terminated” effective immediately, according to a person familiar with the matter.

They didnt fit with his agenda. People are policy so the people that don't fit the policy don't have a job.

The bill actually gave him that power.

The law that Congress passed and now-former President Joe Biden signed in April allowed for a 90-day extension if there had been progress toward a sale before the statute’s effective date.

Literally nothing you said actually happened. Who told you these things happened?

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?
