But they do give a shit about climate change. 

what they're willing to admit which the loony left like you prefer to lie about is that canada cannot affect climate change directly.  We are such a small polluter over all that even if we stopped altogether it would make no difference. 

Hell i've been paying my carbon tax for close to 2 decades now and there's STILL climate change. 🙄🙄🙄

So rather than lie and PRETEND to care like the left does, the right prefers to be honest. The fact is there's only two things we can do about climate change unless the big boys (china and india) are going to get serious. 

The first is equip Canadians to adapt.  Climate change will have some benefits and some major problems for canada - maximize the first and minimize the second by deploying solutions that address them. 

The second is to develop technology that can be used anywhere in the world that's cheaper and more efficient than current polluting technology.  If we develop a new affordable battery that can store power the way a gas tank stores gas then this fight is OVER - we can beat climate change overnight.  If we develop new nuclear tech that's clean and affordable, or plasma fusion tech, etc etc 

Then we can change entire countries that are serious polluters and make a  real difference. 

 

Imagine being such a hypocrite that you pretend to care about climate change while also pretending you can some how get rid of it if Canada just taxes itself hard enough 😏
