When you pick people because they do a good job, their plumbing and melanin content are not relevant. Wiles is the first woman to hold the position because Trump appreciated her work on the campaign.

Yup, I think Trump pretty much said that Wiles was the mastermind behind his campaign. She's also loyal to him. I'd want her by my side as well.
