Losers -Dukakis, Peterson etc

Years ago, around 1989 or so, there was a photo of Peterson (Ontario PM) and Dukakis together.

An American explained to me that in America, a loser is a nobody. We Canadians have an opposition, as he explained, the opposition is still there.

This recent BC election made me think.

In private, we each have our various wins and losses in life. Politicians display theirs in public.
