I say this is what a country is. They have a state, they have a production and they pay their citizen.

A country is not a business. It does not produce anything. It odes not build anything,.It does not sell anything.

The only way it can pay is by taxing you and getting the money from you to pay anyone or anything...unless you are indigenous, then you do not have to pay anything to get everything.

Money has no intrinsic value. 'Paying' a citizen is meaningless. The state is what causes money to have value in the first place. Even if you back currency with gold, a starving man gains nothing if you just hand him a block of gold. Clearly you need to develop your thoughts some more.

Countries pay back the money the tax citizens with public services.
