Caswell Thomas
Donald J. Trump, who has claimed since 2012 that he is a billionaire, was unable to come up with more than a mere $100 million today in the New York Civil Trial in which he owes over $454 million dollars plus about $85,000 A day accruing since the date of the Judgement. Trump asked the Judge to Suspend the collection of any of said Judgement until his appeals forthcoming were done and he came up with the funds to file His Appeal of this Judgement in excess if the days already granted by tge Court previously in which he did not also pay it. The Judge denied this but allowed him, to use the banks of New York State to potentially loan him said money if he could find any willing to advance such a bond surety. This is the only ..and temporary...Stay on any part of the monetary due amount. The full amount of said Bond will be 120% of the Judgement ( plus the over $85,000 daily accruing interest) or roughly $550 million.presently ....an amount Trump, who claimed in 2012 and many times since, to be a billionnaire, claims he doesn't have and " would be forced by hardship to sell some of his properties to acquire.". The Judge , undoubtedly remembering the many documented times in the past when Mr. Trump lied to the Court and to multiple other legal officials about his financial assets , DENIED this request stating that if Trump needed to sell his properties to acquire enough cash to post a bond to file saud Appeal tontry and overturn saud Judgement...well.. Mr. Trump, you will have to.sell them... as the Judgement is still due and payable and if you do not sell off your properties yourself immediately to pay the Judgement plus daily interest , the Courts Assets Manager Judge already appointed will do so until said Judgement is paid in full. The Judge also stated that any such property, once sold, would not be returned to Mr. Trump even if he won on his Appeal in the future because the Judgement did not include any such provision nor did Trumps attorney s request or file for such a provision be added to said Judgement. Trump already declared bankruptcy 6 times. But in the past he managed to stick the banks with the losses. That's why US banks won't loan him money anymore. herbie
Personal bankruptcy is what I mean. He's already convinced people that business bankruptcies are "smart practices" to be admired.
