If you're telling the truth, why hasn't Comer had anyone testify or provide any written evidence of these alleged crimes?

They're not "alleged" crimes.

They're "things that are 100% known to have happened", they were all 100% criminal in both intent and in the deeds themselves, but the DOJ just doesn't want to indict themselves for their crimes.

Who does? Did Hitler kill himself because he was guilty or did he kill himself to avoid a worse fate than a quick bullet to the head? Would he have killed himself if the Nazis prevailed? "Yeah, we won, but when I look at all the women and children and young men who were killed because of my bigotry and greed I can't sleep at night."

Of course not. The members of the DOJ aren't going to indict themselves for the same reason that every tinpot dictator in the history of the world never volunteered to go to jail.

It's bad enough that the FISA court judge had to acknowledge the criminality, malfeasance and deceit that's rife within the FBI at the trial of a nobody fall-guy like Clinesmith, but no one watched it and the MSM ignored it.

Can you imagine the shockwaves that would travel through the DOJ if Comey, Strzok, McCabe et all were all indicted and convicted? Could the buck possibly stop there, or would some higher-ups also end up with their feet to the fire?

Comey absolutely knew about Page's affiliation with the CIA and he chose not to inform the FISA court judge. He chose not to indict himself. The DOJ decided not to indict him.

Strzok knew, and he also opted to sign off on that application while omitting crucial info. He chose not to indict himself. The DOJ decided not to indict him.

Every member of the FBI who signed off on a FISA warrant request committed a crime. They did it many times before Americans knew about it. Indicting any one of those guys lets the toothpaste out of the tube. That's a long road with no turning.

Make no mistake, I'm fully aware that there are a lot of Republicans who will start sweating if the DOJ comes under close scrutiny, not just Demis. They're all happy to say "SMIRNOV! SMIRNOV! SMIRNOV!" instead of "Comey, Strzok, McCabe..."

Full disclosure: even on "Hannity" on Fox News, where they were always way out ahead of the FBI-crime story, they were always quick to point out "this is just a few guys at the top, the rank and file members of the FBI are all legitimate, patriotic Americans...."

No one wants real accountability for the FBI, both sides want "just enough" to pull their own side's fat outta the fire.

Isn't it funny how the leftards here suddenly notice the laptop story when they think they have a gotcha moment?

We're still at a point where Biden is known to have lied over and over about his knowledge of Hunter's business, his meetings/teleconferences/emails/calls with Hunter's associates, how much money Hunter made in dealing with the gov't of China, etc, and none of that is a story... but...

SOME GUY NAMED SMIRNOV LIED!!!!! LOCK HIM UP!!!!!! 😂

㊙️ LYING is ILLEGAL when it's TO FED LEO. Duh

If LYING to the press were illegal Trump would be in Fed MAX. LMAO

So I've been reading this and...

Smirnov was not and is not the number 1 witness. There are a lot of number 1 witnesses. Hell Hunter himself is a number 1 witness. Bobulinski is a number 1 witness too.

You flakes can dispute and deny all you like. Brandon is destroyed and his spawn is likely going to jail.

The End.

But House Republicons can't touch Joe cause all their witnesses are CROOKS.

Another GOP Biden ‘informant.’ Another indictment and link to Russia.

Quote

The cast of characters Republicans have sought out to substantiate President Biden’s purported corruption over the years has come to include half a dozen convicted and accused criminals, as well as multiple people the U.S. government has linked to Russia, corruption and subverting American democracy.

The GOP impeachment inquiry into Biden keeps falling apart
1:05For months, the House GOP cited an FBI informant to suggest Joe Biden took a bribe as vice president. Now, the Justice Department says that source was lying. (Video: JM Rieger/The Washington Post)

The most recent example is Alexander Smirnov, whom the government said last week had invented the claim that Biden and his son Hunter took $5 million bribes. That allegation was promoted far and wide by Republicans, many of whom treated it as fact.

The government then said this week that Smirnov has “extensive foreign ties, including, most troublingly and by his own account, contact with foreign intelligence services, including Russian intelligence agencies, and has had such contacts recently.”

The news comes seven months after the indictment of another GOP source was unsealed. Republicans had conspiratorially suggested that a key witness who claimed to have damaging information about Hunter Biden had mysteriously gone missing. It turned out the witness was Gal Luft, who the government said had skipped bail after his indictment for alleged arms trafficking and foreign lobbying violations was handed down months earlier.

Is lying to a judge illegal, stupid?

These "feds" who are butthurt about being lied to come from an organization that lies to judges all the time. They don't deserve the truth.

Did they indict Michael Sussman for lying to them? He passed off bogus evidence to them on behalf of Hillary Clinton while pretending that he was just doing it as a good samaritan. "Not guilty".

You have to wonder how much money the Bidens could get from the Chinese gov't before leftards would care.

If Biden said: "We sold the uhhh, Nomads, the Nimrods, uhhh the uhhhh, Nimitz! We sold the Nimtiz to Cheech, or Chee or whatever his name is for $30M. I bought uhhhh, some nice gulf clubs", you'd say "The Nimitz sucked!"

As I implied, you do have a screw loose.
