Caswell Thomas Posted January 28, 2024 Report Posted January 28, 2024 Trumps attorneys in a Legal Brief filed on January 18 with the U. S. Supreme Court declared that President Trump was NOT an Officer of the USA in any capacity and therefore is immune from Section 3 of the 14th Amendment......yet, in Nixon v. Fitzgerald ( 457 U. S. 731 (1982) the U. S. Supreme Court declared the.POTUS IS an Officer of the United States . So Trumps attorneys proved that Trump was NOT immune from Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U. S. Constitution. , and therefore fully capable of being arrested, convicted, and sent to prison for any crimes he has or will commit. So...If any of the states want to remove this worthless loser from their ballots based on the 14th Amendment they certainly CAN. And if they want to add to his already very long list of crimes he has already committed where they find through investigation some new and further crimes he has been involved in that violates THAT States state laws. So.....lets see him put HIS money where his mouth is.....not yours. Only a fool throws money down a drain. Quote
herbie Posted January 28, 2024 Report Posted January 28, 2024 So they're not pleading or offering evidence that he's not guilty, they're conceding he's guilty but inventing technicalities that he can't be charged. Oh well then the rapist isn't guilty either, he's just liable for it... that make it all good. 1 Quote

Moonlight Graham Posted January 28, 2024 Report Posted January 28, 2024 He should be barred from office per the 14th amendment and put in jail for attempted fraud. 1 1 Quote "All generalizations are false, including this one." - Mark Twain Partisanship is a disease of the intellect.
herbie Posted January 28, 2024 Report Posted January 28, 2024 He should already have been locked up umpteen times for Contempt of Court. Don't tell me anyone else would've got away with disparaging speeches and tweets about Judges, Prosecutors and defendants in ongoing trials. Quote
