2. Nope, you don't get to exact the death penalty based on threats. You neutralize the old man, then check him into the state mental facility. 

3. Wrong. The FACT is, the FBI is Joe Biden's goon squad. It's why they gunned the old man down in cold blood instead of taking the time to neutralize him (if necessary) and getting him help.

The guy was shot IN SELF-DEFENSE because he THREATENED the agents with his GUN IN PERSON.

Nope. I wanted them to see if the blowhard would actually get in his car. From there they could see if he would drive to Salt Lake and park his car at Biden's location. They could've apprehended his ass the moment he got out of his car.
