I understand that politicians are sometimes unable to keep their promises because political opposition prevents it. 
 

But Donald Trump said he had a healthcare plan. There was no opponent who blocked him from saying what it was.  He said he would release his taxes. Nobody prevented him from keeping that promise either.  He had to be sued to release them, it went to the Supreme Court, where he lost and was then found guilty of fraud. 
 

Now the man says he can end the Ukraine War in one day, but he won’t say how. He won’t say who gets what territory. Ending the war by giving the Ukraine to Russia will not end the war. So Trump again has a “secret plan,” which, of course, is pure BS.
