We lived through the collapse of French Quebec, the collapse of an elite.

In the outside world, this is usually a disaster.

We need a new regime/bureaucracy in Ottawa: different people who can understand/respect the provincial people/bureaucrats.

These federal Liberals have hired too many people, spent too much.

Let me explain.

We in northern North America have a civilised society - we Canadians have avoided wars.

Heck, peacefully - in 1763, we managed one European colonisation, then its transfer to another.
