Should breastfeeding be allowed in public?

Now is this a liberal thing that allows you to do it in some states or a conservative thing too? Should be allowed to breastfeed in church? Also how does the playboy mansion have topless women walking around? Is it different laws at the mansion?

I see the discomfort level as no different than seeing someone serving you food picking a wedgie prior to.

Not in the least.  We all suckled on breasts at some point.  Why are you so ashamed of your past?  
 

In Canada, there are no laws against baring breasts.  The children still seem to be ok.

Nope. Most of those children were quite recently AT the breast. And there's nothing sexual about it. 

Aside from those points, it is very rare that anyone can actually see anything. It's not like women are keen to pull off their shirts. It's typically done discretely and, like any other feeding, is of little interest to people nearby.

I would vote yes for allowing it in public. It does not bother me in the least.. If you think it is a sexual act... then this shows that you have never had kids and are not a woman. This is like saying that because you as a man use a urinal and therefore expose your unit even in the slightest that you are inviting gay sex...
