Uh, no. He's diverted his funds to where he still gets cash flow. He has other options like Venezuela, China, Iran, etc.

If anything, this makes their alliances even stronger, as they're being demonized for their ideologies that they're determined to spread globally.

Reality, is both parties are losing insane amounts of human lives, a country is being burnt to the ground. Women and children are fleeing with trauma, that will stick with them, for life.

The men who do survive, will develop hate on a level where if and unfortunately possibly when Ukraine's head gets taken out, you get a terrorist state being developed, and rules of engagement likely thrown out the door.

The warrant, is useless paperwork. The west's feel good story. "See. He's bad. There's proof!" Uh, look at Ukraine.

All consequences, but nobody has dared to sanction him directly, and use distraction tactics to make you feel there is progress in this war that is at a standstill.

 

All the oligarchs have been sanctioned INCLUDING the one called "Putin's bank" who holds all his ill gotten gains.

Putin is HURTING BAD. His economy is CRUMBLING and he will not recover his market for Russian oil ANY TIME SOON.

The oligarchs of Russia can no longer enjoy any of those pleasures, except inside of Russia.  No more yachting on the French Riviera.  Most of their yachts have been seized by authorities and they aren’t permitted to dock at those ports and they don’t have travel visas.  
 

So my point is, the Ukraine War has sucked for the oligarchs, including Putin’s daughter.  Of course, it’s been far worse for the Ukranians, but my point is that these international sanctions and this criminal indictment have impacts on these people.  No more chartered private jets to Paris Fashion Week.
