Had you actually listened to Trump's lawyers, you would know they were challenging the LEGALITY of the changes to voting procedures. Now we know they were right.. they were, in fact, ILLEGAL and Pence would have been well within his power and responsibility to return the electoral college votes BACK TO THE STATE LEGISLATURE where they would've had to determine their course of action.. This was NOT a "conspiracy theory" it was in fact FACTUAL that these states acted illegally.
