Army Guy Posted April 9, 2022 Report Posted April 9, 2022 Since the pandemic and the armies report on the condition of homes for the elderly, Is there a plan to fix or legislate new policies on long term care homes across the country......We still have not provided the provinces with the funding to fix those mistakes not only in Quebec but Ontario as well, And I'm sure if we looked all the other provinces as well...We do certainly have a short memory... Health care , I think everyone across the political spectrum can agree out health care system needs to be modernized and better funded...I really thought if there was one area the liberals and their new friends could concentrate on it would be health care at all levels... What ever happened to build back better and all the hype we heard about boosting small business, yes some programs have been put forth, but our small business where hit hard, and one would think new programs would reflect that.... where is the help for our under staffed medical world, short to begin with but now take into account medical burn out, and pandemic issues...radio silence, one would hope that was atleast on the radar.... Nope...the feds are saying that is provincial...and yet they have a new dental and pharma plans about to take place, are those not provincial as well... Sky rocketing prices or homes, do they "the government" think they actually know the solution, does anyone out there really think this is a step to lower the prices....\ Gouging, seems to be rampant every where, i understand everyone has to make a buck to feed families, but everything is going up so fast, now we all just make excuses to jack prices up the 4 ring around urainus , the color is off, we are raising prices by 25 %, war in Ukraine, climate change, federal taxes , provincial taxes, Elvis birthday, inflation, immigration, prices of building materials, prices of fuels 40 cents difference between gas and diesel.... and diesel is the easiest to make... All the elected politicians are talking about it...but nobody is really putting forth a solution that compatible to everyone.... What did this budget miss, Quote We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now done so much for so long with so little, we are now capable of doing anything with nothing.

Without it we can't really even begin to address the other issues you raised.
