Yukon Posted January 26, 2020 Report Posted January 26, 2020 The Roman Catholic Church is riddled with criminal, homosexual, pedophile Priests who pray on young boys. If a parent sends his/her young son to the RC Church are they in fact committing a child-abuse. They know about the homo Priests so it is child abuse. Isn't it? 1 1 Quote

There are no statistics which show the incidence of child sexual abuse by priests is any greater than that of society in general, or, for that matter, by judges, lawyers, doctors, teachers and the like. People who think otherwise generally don't read more than the headlines from newspapers, and don't ever bother to engage beyond that point. Okay, but is there anything to suggest judges, lawyers, doctors, teachers and the like have been maintaining an organized system of pedophile-sex rings for their member's pleasure and protection for decades if not centuries? There's nothing to suggest that happened with the church either. It's a large institution which has developed a massive bureaucracy over the years. It is also built around institutional ideas like 'forgiveness' and 'repentance', not to mention human frailty. It does not surprise me at all that, particularly in a society which did not understand the damage of child sexual abuse, such an institution would feel that priests who seemed to honestly repent their 'sins' should be forgiven and given another chance elsewhere. Nor does it surprise me that bureaucrats, even if they're called Bishops and Cardinals, would want to downplay problems with their 'employees' so as to not look bad. They're all looking for that next promotion, after all. If you think the church was the only institution to do that you haven't been paying attention. Everyone from schools and hospitals to police and the boy scouts papered over such incidents whenever they could. French Patriot Posted February 1, 2020 Report Posted February 1, 2020 (edited) Many people put tribal affiliations before their moral sense. Many parents know what is going on but keep putting their cash in the collection basket the bastard clergy will use for air fare to move the pedophile priests to new hunting grounds. This is of course after the victim is victimized again by his parents, by turning his rape into a paid for act of prostitution. by accepting a bribe from the church to shut up. All those bastards, other than the victims, should have a big bat shoved into them. No. I have never been a victim. I just know a few too many.
