I'm not sure which continent emits most, but I know that Antarctica emits least since no man lives there.

You need to look at CO2 per person as well. Canada ain't great in that league table.

By that measure, our own current federal PM - Justin Trudeau Jnr, given his travels and the retinue that he has travelling with him - is a large emitter of CO2.

If CO2 emissions are truly a threat to civilized society, then surely Justin Trudeau would treat them the way that Winston Churchill treated Nazi Germany.

If the Chinese had to keep to their current CO2 emissions they would have to accept a permanently and severely inferior standard of living to our own. Barring some technological Great Leap Forward, the only other way to get rich would then be to radically reduce their population.
