capricorn
With the new forum software, I can no longer use the same sign in name which is different from my display name. Every time I log in I have to delete the name in the sign in box and type in capricorn. Is there a way to change my sign in name so that it corresponds with my display name? Thanks. eyeball
That sounds more like a browser setting that's still defaulting to your old name. If you use chrome, you should be able to fix this in the passwords and forms section in your settings. It'll be in the advanced settings.

I agree with @eyeball, it's likely a browser issue. What browser are you using? i can help point you in the right direction on resetting your browser settings. Forum Admin Greg Posted March 9, 2017 Forum Admin Report Share Posted March 9, 2017 Follow the instructions on this page: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Firefox-Display-and-Appearance/Password-Manager-Remember-delete-change-and-import-saved/td-p/2254 Specifically, the section title: "Viewing and deleting passwords"

After I right clicked in the login box, then clicked fill login and then clicked saved logins, I was able to amend the login name.
