jacee Posted September 12, 2016 Report Posted September 12, 2016 Looks like the situation has been clarified and resolved. Commentary: Police threatening boycott prove Kaepernicks point Our nations law enforcement and emergency personnel are sworn to protect. There is no fine print. Its not, protect everyone except those you dont like. ... So its insulting that Kaepernick pointed out something that has been proven to be true? Police brutality and racial profiling absolutely exist, and its not just a rare occurrence. After lengthy investigations, police departments throughout the country have been found to have severe problems with systemic racism, including the San Francisco Police Department. Police Union Decides Against Boycotting San Francisco 49ers Games [W]e will encourage and support our officers to continue to voluntarily work at 49er games and other stadium events, the letter reads in part. Think about it: Next police officers will refuse to police a protest because they disagree with the opinions of the protesters?! BWAHHHahaha! . Quote
Boges Posted March 17, 2017 Report Posted March 17, 2017 Kaep can't get on a team now. Wonder if it's because of the drama he caused last year. Quote

No.....he's a mobility QB who doesn't run well anymore; See RGIII, Mike Vick, Vince Young, Teddy Bridgewater, Tim Tebow, etc. Quote

His team was awful. Their defence was really bad. Teddy Bridgewater was the Vikings starting QB before a horrific injury in training camp last year. Mike Vick and Vince Young both had some success in the league. Vick actually got sent to prison in his prime. As for Tebow, it's more comparable. He was just more drama than he was worse because he was so popular people wanted him to start. No reason Tebow couldn't be a backup in the league when you consider the backups on some teams. Bob Macadoo Posted March 17, 2017 Report Posted March 17, 2017 .....Johnny Football...... The point is you're good until you're not.....get as much cash as you can while you are....and use your platform for as long as you have it. Quote

Manziel was never good, and he had the baggage of his obvious alcoholism. I think when you have extra baggage a team is less likely to give you a shot. Kaep wasn't awful last year. A guy who's been riding the bench in Tampa just got $15 mil by Chicago. Team's are definitely factoring the drama he caused into inviting him to camp. Ray Rice was another example of this. Quote

Boges Posted March 22, 2017 Report Posted March 22, 2017 Trump is taking credit http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/columnist/bell/2017/03/21/why-is-colin-kaepernick-still-waiting-to-sign-with-new-team-free-agency-donald-trump/99473564/ Quote It was reported,” Trump said at a rally in Kentucky (while referring to a recent Bleacher Report column), “that NFL owners don’t wanna pick him up because they don’t wanna get a nasty tweet from Donald Trump. Can you believe that?” Trump said he felt compelled to share that with Kentuckians “because they like it when people actually stand for the American flag, right?” What a sign of the times: Trump, an owner in the defunct USFL more than three decades ago, weighing in on NFL free agency. Boges Posted August 2, 2017 Report Posted August 2, 2017 He's totally getting blackballed by owners who don't want Whitey and Cop Apologists to protest their team. http://www.totalprosports.com/2017/08/02/report-ravens-owner-steve-bisciotti-blocking-kaepernick-signing-other-nfl-owners-doing-the-same/ Racism, pure and simple.
