Two different groups have just challenged bill C-51. It was only a matter of time and now another court will again have to rule on the constitutionality of new legislation.

Problem is that the decision will probably come only after the next election.

The Russian battle group centered around their sole aircraft carrier, when it sorties every few years, deploy's with a large oceangoing tug.......

No, under C51 terrorism only exists if the Attorney General says it does. Why would anything the CPC does be terror related, clearly the CPC Attorney General won't implicate himself and his own organization in terrorism. It is a redundant question. Now if the LPC or NDP did so, then it could be fair game. However C51 only lets them break the law and abduct and forcibly confine people that they don't like to ruin their lives, it has nothing to do with breaking the law, in fact under C51 terror is not a crime, it is something that has your civil rights removed, not due process silly. Also I wouldn't fool yourself into thinking any judicial decision will come any time soon, if any decision happens it will be by whatever party replaces the CPC as running government, or many years from now.
