I know who the head of state, and I know the powers conveyed to our GG, but I guess you didn't read/understand the letters patent, so I won't crowd you with too much. But suffice it to say, if you study our law on genocide you will end up right back at the Rome Statutes which have been quoted various times in this and other threads. It's highly unlikely there will be any charges forthcoming against CBC or the CPC, based on what's being discussed. The point is, bill C 51 is so poorly/broadly written, they sure as hell could be. And so of course soon there will be a charge, it will end up in the SCC, and will be skewered like so many other Harper bills. More waste of time and money.
