ORIGINAL POST: A Manassas City teenager accused of sexting a video to his girlfriend is now facing a search warrant in which Manassas City police and Prince William County prosecutors want to take a photo of his erect penis, possibly forcing the teen to become erect by taking him to a hospital and giving him an injection, the teens lawyers said. A Prince William County judge allowed the 17-year-old to leave the area without the warrant being served or the pictures being taken yet.

I just cant fathom the end game on this. The girls mother is pissed, fine, I get that, but her damn daughter was doing it too and frankly if he is charged so should she.

But come on Mom, go to his parents, raise holy hell, hope they do same and call it a good lesson in being stupid.

Wow is right. This article reads like a poorly written attempt at a detective story by some kinda sicko. To quote from it, "the irony is incredible" Maybe instead of taking him to the hospital for a shot, they could just pull their guns and threaten him with death if he doesn't get an erection, to their liking.

In June, after the case was dismissed on a technicality, prosecutors refiled the charges. This time, Manassas City police arrested him and took photos of his genitals against his will, Foster said.

If a kid can be charged with making "child pornography" for sending pictures of his own dick to his girlfriend, it seems equally likely that the cops and prosecutor can be charged with making child pornography for photographing his dick against his will. Throw the fricking book at them.

It seems utterly nonsensical that the prosecution of a "sexting" case has gone to such extremes of idiocy.

In a weird way I might see a point if it was to someone he had raped or was harassing someone but it was to his girlfriend..I am assuming she did not mind.

Weird. Also I was reading the article and it said they were surprised and I quote "what lengths" the prosecutor would go to.

Was it just me who caught that?

I guess they want to penalize this kid.

I guess if they put him in jail that becomes a neo penal colony of sorts.
