Windows 8.1. Quote, copy and paste

Just downloaded Windows 8.1. Quote feature doesn't work and I can't copy and paste. Works OK with other sites. Any ideas?

Have you tried all browsers ? Chrome / IE / Mozilla ?

Wait - cut/paste doesn't work ? That wouldn't be the forum software, that would be something else.

If you can cut/paste you can always just drop

into the response.

Nope, that doesn't work either. I have to type it into the quote box myself. Only seems to do it on this site so I thought it might have something to do with the settings.

problem is with IE 11 and IP.Board's CKEditor... incompatibility ("library") issues... use another browser until IP. Board is able to resolve.

I've had the same problem, except I can paste but not on the same page as most of you have seen and I use Firefox/Chrome.
