Actually I was just pointing out America's rooster - you know, the same one you suspect, apparently.

The Saudis are incapable of independent thought. They are just puppets of the (fill in the blank) _______ who ultimately controls the ________ and the planet ________ with the support of aliens from nebula _______.

What a blankety blank post.

According to many of our posters, America/Israel is the puppet master with the Saudis dutifully doing what they're told. The Saudis would NEVER arm 'Rebels'. The Russians are now saints. Only America would do such a thing.

Simple token gesture. Now only if they gtfo of the West Bank. But I guess that's for 'security' too. I get it.

Are you suggesting a retreat to 1947 borders?

The problem here is that these 'rebels' were opperating out of Turkey for some time. Now these rebels have made the trip into Syria and are taking up shop within Syrian borders.

Is this another example of 'Blowback'?

These rebels were trained in Turkey and were involved in taking over the Syrian post near the border.

The rebels took control of the three-storey white building, around 1 km (mile) from the border on a hill overlooking the Turkish village of Guvecci on Saturday, and raised the flag of the Free Syrian Army, villagers said.

"In the last four days there were heavy clashes going on here. We couldn't sleep. Yesterday morning, the Syrian army controlled this area. Now it is calmer," said villager Musa Sasak, 27.

Three mortar bombs fired from Syria landed near Guvecci village on Saturday, prompting a fourth day of retaliatory fire from Turkish forces. The Syrian mortar rounds hit empty land and there were no casualties.

The exchanges are the most serious cross-border violence in the Syrian conflict, which began as pro-democracy protests but has evolved into a civil war with sectarian overtones. They highlight how the crisis could destabilize the region.

Interesting to note....

Turkey has nearly 100,000 Syrian refugees in camps on its territory, has allowed rebel leaders sanctuary and has led calls for Assad to quit. Its armed forces are far larger than Syria's

NATO is using Turkey to get the war going with Syria. The reason being is that Turkey is a Muslim country, and is part of NATO. So isntead of having the traditional NATO members (USA, Canada UK), Turkey is used simply because the claim can be Muslims against Muslims (albeit, more of a fight between Sunni and Shia factions).

And what the hell do people expect? If NATO supports Turkey in the endeavour to train rebels within it's own borders, then they have opened themselves to be a target from Syria, it's that simple. It's an act of war.

NATO trains Syrian rebels in Turkey.

The rebels take over a post on the border.

Syria shells the area where the rebels are.

Turkey cries foul responds with shells of it's own.

?!?!??!!??!??!??!!!!
