Saipan Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 Obviously, betsy is not the only person around here who lacks the capacity to understand it when someone openly mocks her. How do you know? Go find out what killed the mammouth You don't know? Quote
bloodyminded Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I have a full-time job and a part-time job, as well as hobbies and a busy social life. I'm not always available to tend to your follies. Don't get me started on this topic. I am often (actually, consistently) away from this site--which I view as entertainment, and not by a long shot my only source thereof--for several days at a time; sometimes weeks. I got stuff to do! Then I come back, and discover that I've "run away from the subject" which I forgot, or didn't even know, existed. bloodyminded Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 What makes you speak for "others"? When did you ask other? Like a true leftist you're out to speak for "others". I'm going to take a small chance here and assume that you can understand the whopping contradiction with which you've presented us. bloodyminded Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 You speak for us? So what's the answer? The answer to what? You made two remarks, one of which contradicts the other. If you can't see it, that's not my fault. Quote As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand. --Josh Billings
Saipan Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 The answer to what? You made two remarks, one of which contradicts the other. Prove it. Since when is question a 'remark'? Quote

bloodyminded Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 (edited) Prove it. No need. You can read your own post, yes? Since when is question a 'remark'? Since when does omitting an indefinite article make a sentence better? What makes you speak for "others"?When did you ask others? This is a question for yourself. bloodyminded Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Yes, thus the questions: What makes you speak for "others"? When did you ask others? I'm not speaking for others (nor for "others," whatever distinction you're trying to draw by use of selective quotation marks). Your post speaks for itself. Saipan Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Your post speaks for itself. Speaks for me. I wrote it. "Itself" is like Mother Nature or Big Bang Quote
