Smallc Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 Of interest on the military front, it seems that the associate minister is in charge of procurement. That's a big deal in a department that last year was unable to spend 4% of it's budget, all because of procurement delays. This seems to imply procurement will be ramping up over the next years.
