I recall the backroom boys of the riding tried to remove him and harper overuled them...it's a sad day for democracy when people like anders can be elected...never held a job other than as a political hack... I'm sure you are wrong about that. I actually paid $10 to join the CPC because at that time I lived in his riding, and wanted to vote against him. There was a great candidate who was contesting the riding nomination. But somehow, the powers that be in the riding managed to arrange things such that my membership, and a very large number of others weren't "activated" or whatever the correct word is till two days after the nomination vote.
