Actionscam commonly known as Actionplan doesn't actually cost the government anything - but it is still running 40+ billion dollar deficits.

Now before you say, it cost 50 billion dollars... understand

33% of the projects funds comes from the federal government the rest comes from the province or municipality of the project. (and often these same projects are things that previously received federal grants that were just grants rather than this "we give money look plan"

Now think about it, how much taxes come back to the federal government from 1. income taxes 2. corporate taxes, 3. anywhere that money goes. Now understand 66% is "other sourced" 33% is federal sourced. The materials (have fees and royalties) in part.

Overall all these funds actually costs the Municipalities, and Provinces

Ok while the funds may not be fully accounted for - it is probably a fraction of the expenditure like 10% or 5 billion in actual funding after tax is recouped.

Anyone who has the figures - since these projects and earnings from the projects isn't reported.

Federal tax probably easily accounts for 20%. 20% of 66% is 13%.. it'd be nice to see how this shell game actually works... also if anyone who is getting money from Actionscam is donating back to the Conservative Party of Canada.

In effect this forplay into keynesian economics is a big shell game -- a scam to funnel billions of dollars into party hands.

Take for instance who runs Aecon a major firm on the actionplan funds.

.. Geuss where Aecon is Headquartered.. CALGARY.. Harper's Riding.

Not to mention, Harper's original proposed budget was to NOT have much of a stimulus, and the opposition freaked-out (threatening coalition, etc). The Action Plan exists specifically because the opposition in a minority parliament demanded it.

Aecon is one of Canada's biggest construction/development firms. It would make even less sense if they DIDN'T receive a lot of the stimulus funds.

Your conspiracy theories would have more traction at rabble I think.

Do you think more money has gone to liberal leaning companies than conservative ones with Actionscam?

I haven't the foggiest idea.

One reason is I would never ask any of my clients their political affiliation .

And if the conversation swung that way, I would have figured out what their's was and would be singing along with them.

If he said "damn Liberals" , then I would say damn them all.

If he said 'damn Conservatives", then I would say damn them all.

I can be Catholic too ! But I cant pass myself off as a Jew , Buddhist , Zoroastran (sp?) ,or Hindu.

Which companies are "liberal leaning" and which are "conservative leaning"?

Should there be questionnaires before government contracts are awarded?

Do you have any evidence to support the (probably libelous) claim that the Conservative party is receiving kickbacks in exchange for contracts?

Rhetorical question but I'm guessing you know that.

By the same token, I'll bet once again you know on some level it does.(not kickbacks, but the contract awarding itself)

The Bagman of the CPC appear to know all the LPC tricks when it comes to scams. Its just a matter of time when it comes to getting caught.
