guyser Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 (edited) Cleared? He was "cleared" bwah-ha-ha-ha!!! Apparently thats what it says. He may not have been found criminally responsiblee.... but he was certainly partly resonsible for turning a blind eye to the fact that millions of our tax money was stolen by his friends and party-faithful. I believe you mean politically responsible, and he has paid that for sure. Willful blindness? Was he paid off in little brown bags that we haven't learned about yet? It seems he probably knew about it, but did nothing to stop it. That is not "cleared". Have we found out about the money Harper was paid off in little brown bags that we haven't heard about yet? And yes... Mulroney should be in prison. Which has absolutely nothing to do with Chretien's responsibility in this cover-up. ...which has nothing to do with "Chretien rips Harper" ..... Shady Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 This thread's one big food fight. I like Chretien. He did a fairly good job while in office. I also like Harper, even though I have a few disagreements with some of his recent decisions. But this ridiculous back and forth between you people is a waste of time, and completely uninteresting. Nobody cares. Aside from the four or five of you posting. Quote
Esq Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 (edited) Harper is an economist, not a lawyer, maybe there are more reasons for his seasonal trips to Geneva. He is afterall behind the biggest deficits in Canadian History. Surely there must be some loose change in there somewhere. Its like he has set out to save Brian Mulrooney's image by outdoing him in every way that pissed off Canadians 20 years ago. More spending, more debt, more privatization, more americanization. The guy is doing it all and bigger than the man himself. Is Harper simply a Mulrooney buffer? It leaves one to wonder. Oliphant. It puts more meaning to Brian's smile when he defends Harpers recent support of the North American Perimiter Security Pact. Of course Harper isn't Irish? Is he, maybe he is somehow Obama's other half. I havn't found the link yet but there has got to be something there. Edited January 27, 2011 by Esq Quote
Saipan Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 Oh yeah guilty of getting a blow-job. Real criminal he was. Is that all you got? pathetic. It is, very much so Blowjob didn't get him disbared. http://inclusion.semitagui.gov.co/Subjects/LawAndGovt/News/ClintonDisbar-011001.htm Quote

Sir Bandelot Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 too bad we can't say the same about Mulroney... You mean that good family friend of Peter Mackay and Stephen Harper? Quote
Saipan Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 You mean that good family friend of Peter Mackay and Stephen Harper? No, the one who managed to split conservatives. Thanks to Peter McKay they reunited. Quote
GWiz Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 Where did mulroney rip off the tax payer, he ripped off a stupid german arms dealer. Are you too young to remember? LOL - He didn't "rip off" a German Gun Dealer, he ripped off Canada... Are you too blind to understand what he was really paid for? It was the Airbus deal, pure and simple, and while he was still PM, but you won't get that "verdict" under a Harper Government... Unfortunately Morony hasn't paid back the 2 Million dollars he swindled the Canadian tax payer out of with his lies that were proven as lies in the inquiry... So there you have your answer, oh, and he also remembered to pay his taxes (years after he owed them), although on a much smaller amount than he actually got from Shreiber, just prior to the inquiry... But all that pales compared to selling us out to the States via his "Free Trade" agreement with the US and his shamrock brother Ronald Reagan... Yup, the best prime minister the United States ever had... Quote There are none so blind, deaf and dumb as those that fail to recognize, understand, and promote TRUTH...- GWiz
