No mention was made of their trade imbalance or their financial manipulation of their currency required to maintain this trade imbalance. The USSR is unlikely to have any kind of support amongst protestors however the other half of the USSR , now known as RUSSIA is also sitting comfortably at the G8 and G20. Che is from Argentina. So free speech should only be allowed in certain areas? Great - than this rule should apply to individuals, groups, and corporations alike - it should be the same across the board. If a group can't stage an oil-sands protest at King and Bay because it's outside the "free speech zone" than Suncor shouldn't be able to buy a billboard at King and Bay and put up an add promoting the oil-sands - because that's outside the free speech zone as well. Right? You're applying this idea of yours consistently across the board - not just at groups whose message you don't like - because if you did then you would be promoting a form of fascism. Limit them to Queens Park or similar venue. Any protests going on elsewhere will result in the riot police arresting them en masse. A warning given first to disperse, if after 5 minutes they don't comply then I'd use tear gas, rubber bullets, bean bags and then arrest them all. People will get the message. They will learn to protest in the designated area or they'll be arrested. Same goes for everyone. I want to see a new Charter written up. If provinces don't sign it then the non compliant provincial government will be arrested and tried for treason. Everyone must carry and show papers, especially immigrants. If they fail to do so they will be arrested, if upon their arrest they aren't in the country legally they will be deported with no right of appeal. Simply put on a plane and flown out on their country of origins expense. If their country of origin doesn't pay up Canada with hit them sanctions and all trading/aid will cease and the consulate closed with that nation until they do. We have to keep our cities and country safe at all costs. You go do that ... the legal problems you will have will kill you!! metaphorically. It would seem that you advocated arresting and trying people for treason for something that goes completely against those very things that 'make Canada better' including social programs, tolerance of others, tolerance of differences, freedom of association, etc. By advocating in this manner you are inciting people to go against the very foundations of Canada and thus appear to be advocating for the overthrow of the Canadian government, which was built upon this foundation.
