It is noteworthy that O'Keefe AGAIN broke the law in the making of this video. I mean I kind it funny that Shady's hero has be reduced to policing time cards on census workers but the real rub here is Shady is so happy about someone breaking the law. I mean you know typical republican of Shady it is ok to break the law as long as it is a republican although myself I do not feel that way.

This is what all the time sheets O'Keefe signed said on them. "Employee's Certification - Under penalty of fine and/or imprisonment, I certify that the information on this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge." So I hope he goes to jail for breaking the law. Here is hoping they set an example of this census worker just because he filmed it does not mean he didn't break the law. Time to teach those lazy census workers a lessons, well at least one lazy census worker the only one we know about O'Keefe himself.

The other thing we see are these videos are doctored and we have no clue when one thing was said and when their was a response to them.

I have'nt watched it yet,mainly because I'm cooking supper...

Is this the "director" that con bozo Breitbart was pimping on his website concerning the ACORN videos?

The beatings will continue until morale improves!!!

Yep the very same felon who entered a guilty plea last week and got three years probation, 100 hours of community service, and a $1,500 fine for having trespassed the offices of a United States senator. Here is hoping he goes to jail for the falsification of documents.

PS these are the types of people Shady gets his info from. Convicted Felons who tape themselves committing more crimes.

Why don't you instead watch the video.

I have all you've got is the supervisors saying some ambigous things that could easily be perfectly legit. Then the claims of a proven fraud.

You guys are hilarious! Investigative journalism sometimes depends on pretending you're somebody you're not, to gain access to certain information. Anybody ever see Dateline's 'To Catch A Predator' series? Or their 'To Catch A Con Man' series? Chris Hanson isn't really interested in investing in some African scam. But he pretends to be. The girls that work to catch child predators aren't really underage, and they're not really looking for sex. But they pretend to be.

It is noteworthy that O'Keefe AGAIN broke the law in the making of this video.

Complete nonsense. He didn't break the law. He filled out the forms exactly how the supervisor instructed him to. He even brought the inaccuracies to their attention. They signed off on it, knowing that it was inaccurate. That was the whole point of the investigation.

Nope. He's not a convicted felon. What he did was a misdemeanor. Like I've already said, sometimes when you're investigating something, or somebody. You need to pretend to be something that you're not, in order to get access.

But punked couldn't care less about hundreds of millions of dollars in waste and fraud. He cares more about whether somebody really intends on being a census worker. Or whether somebody really intends on being a pimp. People in powerful postions doing wrong things isn't punked's cup of tea.

Here's a great clip of O'Keefe on Good Morning America with George Stephanopoulos. Even Stephanopoulos admits that O'Keefe uncovered some pretty bad stuff regarding ACORN. Despite that fact that he isn't really a pimp.

Video

But again, punked couldn't care less. He'd rather see people in power, participate in fraud and waste. He rather see people in power, perpetuate illegal acts, than have them uncovered by somebody he doesn't agree with politically. He's an ultra-partisan, political true-believer, that thinks Democrats vs Republicans, and/or Liberals vs Conservatives is like Lakers vs Celtics. Well, it's not. Grow up.

And then editing said information so it conforms to your views.

Accept Shady that isn't what the census form says on it. It says it is against the law for the census worker to falsify the document supervisors are held to a lower standard. See you would know that if what this guy did was journalism. It isn't it is lying to the pubic and having idiots spread those lies around. Fact is O'Keefe BROKE THE LAW, his supervisors DID NOT!!! Republicans break the law then blame it on the Democrats.

That's not true. O'Keefe filled out his form exactly the way his supervisor told him to. He then went to his supervisor and 2 other supervisor to question the the practice of it. They told him not to worry, that it was fine, and there wouldn't be auditing of it at that level. You obviously didn't actually watch the video of them saying and doing that.

But I'm willing to see O'Keefe go to jail. As long as the supervisors and others involved who encouraged and signed off on that behavior go to jail as well.

Shady point out one thing that the census people said that's illegal, it has to be their words mind you. Not what they say then O'keefe (the known fruad) trying to give the context.

THIS IS WHAT THE FORM YOUR BOY SINGED SAYS!

Employee's Certification - Under penalty of fine and/or imprisonment, I certify that the information on this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

Supervisor's Certification - I certify that I have reviewed the entries made and they appear to be reasonable and accurate.

So one says O'Keefe BROKE THE LAW, the other says his supervisor's are not held to the same standards. You see how you are dead wrong and that you love when O'Keefe breaks the law and gets all up on low level census workers. See his Supervisor's wouldn't got to jail because the Employee is held to a higher standard AS SHOWN on the forum O'Keefe never showed you because you know nothing about the subject.

*Update*

The Census Bureau says they're going to look into it, and take appropriate administrative action regarding the falsifying ot time sheets.

The Census Bureau obviously does not condone any falsifying of or tampering with time sheets by its employees. We are investigating the allegations in Mr. O’Keefe’s selectively edited video and will take appropriate administrative action with staff as warranted.”

The Washington Post

It's too bad that the Census Bureau doesn't have the lawfirm of Punked & TrueMetis to inform that they don't have any problems that warrant any administrative action!

Of course they're going to look into they were accused of something. Whenever a organization is accused of something they "look into it." What matters is whether it's true or not and the video give no indication of that.

Yah Shady that is the Census Bureau saying they will "look into it". Remember what happened the last time someone looked into one of these videos? Yah they came to the conclusion nothing was done wrong by any of the workers, and that O'Keefe doctored the video and was Lying. If you think that is a victory then maybe the Republicans will win in your eyes in November.

Of course the video gives an indication of wrong-doing. Did you not watch it? Did you not see the supevisors telling them to fill out hours worked ahead of time? Did you not see the supervisor insisting that he'll end each day an hour early? Did you not see the supervisor allow for an hour lunch? Are you blind? Or deaf?

Again Shady as we found out from O'Keefe before he can make it appear as if they are saying anything by doctoring the video as he has a history of doing. Until I see some proof who is a convicted felon I could care less.

Yep, who cares if they're cheating the sytem. Who cares if it costs hundreds of millions of extra tax dollars. Right punked? But if Republicans leave a poster in a classroom, or take one down, then dammit, we need the FBI on the case! Immediately!

No I don't give a F about a convicted fellon who has a history of doctoring videos and lying to the public. I don't care about his videos, I don't care about what he has to say, he has shown us he not trust worthy so why should I believe him.

We don't need the FBI it would a waste of taxpayer funds the last time a law officer looked at his videos they came to the conclusion O'Keefe was a lair. If the law has to look at every video O'Keefe Lies about then they are wasting their time when they can be doing better things. Republicans crying wolf is all this is. You were wrong about him last time you are wrong again. You are wrong a lot.

He's not a convicted felon. You keep saying that, but it's a lie. Stop the lying punked. Stop the lying. You obviously don't know what a convicted felon means. Look it up liar.

I am sorry this is what the judge wrote about him in his sentence.

"Deception is alleged to have been used by the defendants to achieve their purposes which in and of itself is unconscionable," and "perceived righteousness of a cause does not justify nefarious and potentially dangerous actions."

That is your man right there. Up to his old tricks of Deception, and perceived righteousness.
