Guest TrueMetis Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 (edited) Of course the video gives an indication of wrong-doing. Did you not watch it? Did you not see the supevisors telling them to fill out hours worked ahead of time? Did you not see the supervisor insisting that he'll end each day an hour early? Did you not see the supervisor allow for an hour lunch? Are you blind? Or deaf? Hey some actual claims. Did you not see the supevisors telling them to fill out hours worked ahead of time? Which part is that? That part where the supervisor says "we're going to do all of this the same way today" well obviously they are all doing the same thing, training. The second supervisor says "The hours are going to be the same as yesterday" Again obviously they are doing the same thing, training. The only person who says they are doing that everyday is O'keefe, the proven fraud. Did you not see the supervisor insisting that he'll end each day an hour early? He says they will go from 9 to 4:30. That's seven and a half hours. Not exactly unreasonable, now O'keefe says they said to put down from 8:30-12:30 and 1-5. Of course O'keefe is known to lie so that claim isn't worth anything, show me what the other forms say. Did you not see the supervisor allow for an hour lunch? An hour? Wow wholly crap, It's not like a lot of jobs give their employess an payed hour long lunch or anything. An hour for lunch is pretty standard Shady. Edited June 3, 2010 by TrueMetis Quote
Shady Posted June 2, 2010 Author Report Posted June 2, 2010 I am sorry this is what the judge wrote about him in his sentence. "Deception is alleged to have been used by the defendants to achieve their purposes which in and of itself is unconscionable," and "perceived righteousness of a cause does not justify nefarious and potentially dangerous actions." That is your man right there. Up to his old tricks of Deception, and perceived righteousness. I'm not sure what this babble is suppose to mean. O'Keefe isn't a convicted felon, as you suggested. You lied. Just admit it. Or at least admit that you were wrong. Quote

The Judge in his case made it very clear what he does is not something he does for the greater good he does it to deceive, because he is self righteous. Quote
Shady Posted June 3, 2010 Author Report Posted June 3, 2010 He is a criminal Shady You said convicted felon. Just admit you were wrong and we can all move on. Quote
punked Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 You said convicted felon. Just admit you were wrong and we can all move on. Is he a criminal Shady would you agree to that? You are posting videos from a criminal who was convicted for doing the samething you keep showing me. Quote

punked Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 You said convicted felon. Do you know the difference? If I say he wasn't convicted of a felony because he reached a plea bargain but is still a criminal who is serving 3 years probation does that make him some how trustworthy Shady? Only in your eyes. Shady Posted June 4, 2010 Author Report Posted June 4, 2010 If I say he wasn't convicted of a felony because he reached a plea bargain but is still a criminal who is serving 3 years probation does that make him some how trustworthy Shady? Only in your eyes. No, he was charged with a misdemeanor. Anyways, more fallout from the census! Census Worker Claims Job Numbers Are Being InflatedVideo And... Inspector General’s Memo: Census Says It Hired More Workers Than It Needed As a ‘Cost-Saving Measure’“According to Census,” said Zinser’s May 26 memo to Groves, “‘frontloading’ its workforce (i.e. hiring and training more enumerators than necessary to offset turnover) is a cost-saving measure.” The inspector general’s memo, however, suggested that in at least one Census Bureau operation excessive staff had increased the “cost of operations” and that in another operation deployment of an unnecessarily large number of workers "increased the operation’s direct labor and travel costs." CNS I think we all know why the census hired more workers than it needed. To inflate the job numbers to help Obama looks like he has at least a bit of a clue when it comes to the economy and job creation. However, the job numbers came out today. And only 40,000 private sector jobs were created. That's down almost 75% from last month. If it wasn't for the census, there'd almost be no job creation at all, and the unemployment rate would be up over 10% again. Quote

Maybe if they didn't Defund Acron an organization which had trained workers who were willing to do the census they wouldn't be at this point. You cried and whinned and cried and whinned they were getting money and training census workers so they are defunded now you are crying and whinning because their aren't enough trained workers. Christ it is like Republicans live second to second and plan for the future in anyway. Shady I hate to tell you this but putting people back to work isn't about politics sometimes it is about putting food on the table. I am all for that. I agree with you on one thing, more Americans need to be working. Easiest way to do that JUST AS FDR did, raise the tax rate on the richest Americans. Remember during the biggest job growth period of the US ever over 40 years top tax bracket was between 70-90%. Clinton raised the top tax bracket and jobs grew. At some point you have to stop the bleeding from the bottom to the top cause then the bottom falls out. Quote
