The wealth advantage is accumulated by robbery, that is, Chinese do labor jobs create values, US and western nation take it with banking and other means, it is a kind of robbery. That's why many people want to go the the western nations to improve their living standard. This is not the fault of Chinese government. Chinese produce 1/3 of world wealth before British, French, US, Japan, AustraliaAustria–Hungary Empire, Russian, and others invade since 1840, killing people just like killing native people in North/South America. In the recent 30 years, the government did a very great job that hundreds of millions of Chinese no longer be called poor people. No other government in the world can do it. And now less people want to go outside especially from developed areas of China.

There are people do move to China. But it is too hard to become permanent resident although there are people become permanent resident after they move to China for decades.

Not so hard in USA. As of 2008, about 1.6 million Chinese nationals have emigrated to US...and they keep on coming, for many reasons. Also, Google is not blocked like in China.

The privilege is strictly limited to people who have factories or companies based in the country that employ a good amount of Chinese workers.
