Killers Allowed To Wander The Streets!

In passing I recently mentioned that I have got to know this young black man on my block. He did a tour of Afghanistan. He stands out in a crowd being 6 foot 7 --- He talks to me about his problems. Trying to councel him occassionally has really had no effect. I asked him what he did when in the military? "Kill Taliban" --- NOW - he goes and has a monthly injection of some strange substance supposedly to contain some serious mental problem. I saw him the other night - he hits the streets to bum a cigarette and talk - this is the fourth time he has uttered this statement. "I want to hurt someone".

I find this worrisome. Is he looking at me as a potential victim - or one of my family - or any random passer by? You would assume that is medication that he is on would quell this urge to kill...apparently it does not have that effect. There was an incident about a year ago. There is a very tall attractive young woman who was an aquaintance of my second daughter - she was standing at a bus stop when approached from the rear by a mentally ill Arab immigrant - who was freshly released from a mental hospital - He was carrying two knives...He literally gutted her out of the blue - luckily she survived the mulitiple stab wounds to her abdomen..I saw the surgical scar - from the pubic area up to her rib cage.

The sentence this nut a last week - and she was informed that under some stupid law she had no recourse to sue the faclity that released this nut - who HAD ALREADY STABBED SOMEONE ELSE a few years back. This brings me also to the lunitic that pushed a group of young teenagers into the path of an on coming subway - he was recently released also... What's going on with this irresponsible and reckless behaviour of our medical and bureacratic community - do we have to wait - to be butchered in the street? The former soldier in my layman's estimation will kill - and no one will be held accountable.... Who are the crazy people in authority who are allowing this to take place?

What no takers? This is important...It is a report from the field...raw stuff and it must be addressed...and please no conspiracy stuff about Manchurian Candidates...but it does make you wonder - once maybe - but three times. What I find strange is that this soldier is forced to take the injection that DOES NOT HELP....so what does this medication do? Are we part of an experiment? Anything is possible --- If I can think of it..then I am sure that some person funded by who ever can think of some sinister hobby to amuse themselves with...This situation is not exceptable....and please no NDP bashing about rights for the mentally ill - this is deeper than that.

The fact so many people still maintain attitudes towards mental illness that belong in the dark ages probably has a lot to do with it.

So it's just the complexity of a system running on inept auto pilot? Wonderful...I guess we will have to just look over our shoulders as we open the door at night. Yes they go on about mental illness and a "voice" that says " kill - you must kill" All the medication and all the liberal compassion just will not stop this - We have given up on the reality that evil exists and we just say - the guy that pushed me into the subway causing me to lose my foot was simply sick... The truth is that voice the idot killer hears is just himself instructing himself - and a pile of anti-depressants along with anti-nut bar pills will have no effect agains evil - which is not an illness - It is a choice. Uniformed but still a personal decision.

I don't have a clue what this means. You seem to be suggesting the military or someone is experimenting on the soldier you mentioned. It's true that doctors sometimes have to try different drugs on a patient until they find the one or a combination of dugs that do the trick, but the way you make it sound borders on the weird.

That's not entirely paranoid, a little bit of caution is probably a good thing.

Is evil made of matter or is it a force? Can I weigh it on a scale, measure it with a spectrometer, or smash it in a particle accelerator? No I can't, no wonder some of us have given up on its reality.

Most medication often has a very positive effect against mental illness. For evil you might want to wave a fetish about and mutter strange incantations but don't be surprised if someone forces you to take a shot or a pill if you keep that up for long.

A lack of compassion is a choice, schizophrenia which is what you're probably describing when you talk about voices in people's heads that tell them what to do, is not a choice its an illness. Deciding its something else like evil is delusional. Deciding to do this is what caused people to burn witches at stakes once upon a time.
