Greg/Charles, please stop doing this.

I agree that moderators should prevent the proliferation of threads on a similar topic but when you merge threads, you render the merged thread incomprehensible. There are posts parachuted into the midts of other posts and arguments become incomprehensibly intertwined.

Charles/Greg, please accept and live with the confusion of life, and people. You should only merge threads in extraordinary situations or when a thread is young and has at most a few posts. Otherwise, let two threads live and possibly develop.

Sure.

I want encourage members to continue reporting threads and sending recommendations for thread mergers. These reports will still be considered.

We do not have time for a meeting of the flat earth society.
