Excellent question. I think Alliance should perhaps explain why this issue is such a concern. It does not appear in any of the mainstream press or on the public radar as a crisis issue that must be dealt with this minute.

No doubt it is a serious offense but you seem to be calling attention to it beyond it's actual occurance or public interest.

Please explain.
