Well what you fail to understand is as of now there are about 5 parties that are not registered that are in the same boat are we are. In fact they are the Democracy Party of Canada, the Progressive Nationalist Party of Canada, the Nationalist Party of Canada, the Online Party of Canada, and the Freedom Party of Canada. That is where they are stuck and I feel people want a change but the hardest part is knowing where to look.

You know how the Liberals are the centrist party on the centre-left side, we want to be the centrist party on the centre-right side so we give Canadians that party between the two major parties. I say if you can be socially progressive and a fiscally conservative moderate conservative party I say go for it since the moderate conservatives gave up and threw away their ideology for the Conservative party which is a Republican party in sheep's clothing.
-
Well you don't understand it is not that easy you need to find 250 electors and that is pretty much where we are stuck at. When we do then our party is on our way to being created since we have the 3 officers, the leader and vice leader, 1 agent and 1 auditor. therefore, we just need 1 president and the 250 electors. i have not been in contact with someone who can help get the 250 electors higher but i will try to get back to him. anyways, in answering your question the party will be registered in no time and it does not matter which one of the people who is leader, vice leader or any of that becomes the nominated candidate.

My friend.

If Gregory agreed back in 2009 then why can't it exist.

I believe a true centre to centre-right party is needed and one that will truly replace the Progressive Conservative party but people will keep saying it will never happen. I got up to 40 people saying they support it and we just need the 250 electors left pretty much so the naysayers can nay all they want and say the party is a mistake but I think voter support is the thing that needs to increase in Canada and a party must stand to help increase it and be about moderation and conservatism on the centre-right side.

Well what I was getting at if the Centrist Party of Canada became a new party I can assure you that voter intention would increase and we want to try to bring it to 65% and it is not displayed on our site but it would win us Conservative ridings in Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario and pretty much Liberal ridings in the West and we would be competitive there as a result. I think the Liberals are also a party on the decline and this could be a more moderate party to challenge the Conservatives in western areas as well and I think since I want to make the party both socially progressive and socially conservative just like the Conservatives it would be good for everyone and would give a conservative leaning for two parties in the West.

Actually to increase your fuel efficiency standards and have the manufacturing jobs of tomorrow you need to invest in the environment and Germany is one of the leading nations when it comes to investing in green technology and green jobs and they are doing okay.

The party roots are taken after this party: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_Conservative_Party_of_Canada and I think it is needed once again and all 40 people I am working with liked my idea and adopted every policy that had to do with the ideas I came up with. It is a socially progressive party with fiscally responsible conservative leanings.

There is so much more to the party did you see the platform page about the fact we would be strong on law and order simply because of how we are as a party and the same goes with tradition as a country with peacekeeping and on health care and education keeping what is necessary but compromising on other issues. On certain issues like child care, democracy and other issues we would be open so things are not written in stone.

Well if one for Atlantic Canada gets created and one for the West gets created it may create regionalism and regionalism is bad for national unity and it is something the major parties have to worry about if they ever want to form government even a minority one.
-
Well at least it wouldn't take long to create a party since you just need enough members for the region of Atlantic Canada which is about 40ish.
-
Well I do agree with one thing about this whole topic and that is a new party needs to be created and it has to be one that is not separatist or one for regionalism it has to be one that challenges the two major parties. That will be a good day when there is a party that challenges the two major parties. I also agree there needs to be parties between the NDP and Liberals, between the Liberals and Conservatives, slightly right of the Conservatives, and slightly left of the NDP. It makes for a better society with more parties so all voices are heard.

Did you even see the platform on the site http://www.centristparty.piczo.com/?cr=5 and that it said we would want to propose proportional representation and even reform the Senate so no party can have an outright majority since they would need to consult with the independents and form a coalition government with them and with the other parties in the Senate.
-
This Atlantic Party of Canada seems like something not like the Bloc but maybe a party just standing up for the region. I think that it could be a good idea for parties to be for particular regions so the majority of people in those regions get what they want. I for one agree that the more parties you have the better so you give people choices.

Like everyone else who reads what we would propose as a party if created they like to diagnose every little thing that gets discussed. I think an even better answer to say to you is the middle ground that we would propose is whenever a party during the time of an election or during any time we would try to find that balance between the two parties. I think that would satisfy those people looking for the balance between the issues of their preference.
