No social benfits have benn streamlined,except to the sick and the elderly,who deserve more social assistance. A constitution that has given lawyers enormous wealth by constantly taking it to court to decipher and defend it. A constitution which gives every sort of radical group or person more powers than the average taxpaying citizen. The liberals wanted nothing to do with free trade,that is one of the reasons you voted for them in 1993,also to get rid of the gst,which was supposed to be gone by 1995. If we took the" lost" taxes,and money to make a fully bilingual country,and money we save by having no military,and the 45 billion surplus in the ei funds,and 7%gst which the liberals said we did not need,and money for new jets to transport politicians,etc.etc.,would healthcare actually have a funding problem from this"compassionate" liberal government?

Well,you know the business world probably better than I do,but lower taxes has always created more jobs in the private sector,except with maybe larger companies,where the majority of stockholders are politicians.Again,they are working in our best interest,eh. I have been in private small business for many years,and when the company does well,we all benefit,not the case in larger companies,due to greedy stockholders,again many of whom are politico's.

I don't know how many of you who post on these pages actually are in the workplace,but in my case,I deal with many companies,and the malcontent of people is alarming.The problem is usually concern for their job,or money.Again,this would relay back to taxes,companies cut jobs in order to pay ever increasing taxes,and the people left working are taking home less money,by way of high taxation.The solution is not very difficult to figure out.
