I'm trying to understand... In USSR, they fed us lies for over 70 years - but we had no other information (for the most part, anyway...) Besides, if someone came up with a different version of the "truth", they ended up in a forced labor camp, prison or mental institution... But things very are different in USA (although for a while after 9/11 it seemed to slip closer to faschism) - you do not get persecuted because of thinking differently (for the most part, anyway). So you see on TV 3 buildings collapse onto themselves, following the path of greatest resistance (the steel beams), and you are told it's because of the fire. Do you say "Hmmmm... Ok. It must be because of the fire." and then go on about your life? Then you see 2 "crash sites" with no visible remains of any airplanes or airplane parts. You are given no explanation as to the disappearance (evaporation?) of the fuselage and the huge titanium alloy engines. Do you even begin to question what you're told?

BC, you're obviously not a door knob... so tell me - how do you manage it? Is it doblethink? Selective perception? Blind faith? Total lack of interest?

I have seen one version of Loose Change, I believe the latest because it had Barak Hussein in it... The movie consists of photos, documents and footage taken before, during and after the events... But no matter what they've done with their movie - the official version defies common sense, the laws of physics, and insults the intelligence of any thinking person...

It has been 9 years since the tragic events that took almost 3,000 lives... and yet the nation that endured these losses is oblivious to the truth... The government they elected and then re-elected has killed thousands of its own citizens in 3 controlled demolitions, fired a rocket into its own command center and faked 2 plane crashes... to lead their country into 2 wars under false pretext... wars that killed over 1 Million people, and keep killing... The math is quite simple now... Just Palestinian and Iraqi refugees will easily make more than 10 million... Add the populations of entire countries to the number of deprived... And I didn't even mention entire countries being held in constant fear of US or Israeli aggression...

Let's make that tens of millions and change the wording to killed, injured, displaced or deprived.

The best place for a "The Wall" remake concert would be at the apartheid wall in Israel.

Why don't they build a hundred-story mosque INSTEAD of the WTC, as a monument to millions of muslims killed by USA and Israel? Would seem totally appropriate...

Everybody should have a chance to present their case. People that have endured such hardships just to get here most likely have something much worse going on in the place they fled from.

Whether we like it or not, a lot (if not most) of the comforts of life we enjoy here in Canada are due in part (possibly the biggest part) to USA's imperialistic tactics and resource wars around the world.

It is also the perfect time for the Taliban to regroup and gain stronger influence. If they play it really smart - maybe even an Islamic revolution.

Yes, House of Commons, as opposed to the House of Lords... the name would have to change as well Senators ELECTED by Provinces. PM's appointment would hardly reflect the will of the Province whose interests the member of the Senate would be representing.

Powers should be shared between the PM and the President with the PM acting as the head of the Parliament and the President appointing ministers and having executive powers. President's decisions would have to be approved by the PM/Parliament. Good
